CNC Mill capabilities; we have a VF-4 HAAS 4-axis CNC mill. This machine has a side mounted, 24 auto tool changer. With a 2 speed geared head with 10,000 RPM capability. It is set up with a Renishaw probe system for both tool and part setup. It  has the ability to generate machine inspection, similar to a CMM, with full rotary capability, rotary with large Trunion table that can be attached for multiple vices, or parts can be bolted directly to the table by the very diverse bolt and dowel locations on table surface. Parts can be re located in the same position for multiple part runs to speed up the production. This Trunion table speeds up 3-D profile machining.
